Partnership for Success

Advisors are here to help students succeed, but advising is most effective when it is viewed as an on-going process in which students and advisors work as partners. Ultimately, students have the responsibility for their own educational plans and for monitoring all requirements for graduation, but they are encouraged to take advantage of the many resources available on campus - in addition to the various advising services. Each student has a team of individuals on campus who can support them in a variety of ways. This team can include advisors, instructors, University Housing staff, Career Services staff, Peer Mentors, Coaches, and other program staff. Students can view their staff connections in their Navigate app (or uww.navigate.eab.com) by clicking on the People icon.
